Some metal surfaces in various applications and industries require a smooth polished or mirror-like surface either as a finish or before plating. A combination of belt, orbital, and sanding wheels with compounds are used in the buffing and polishing process to achieve the desired finish.

Anodizing
PHASE 2 (2025): Creates a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Aluminum is ideally suited to anodizing, although other nonferrous metals, such as magnesium can be anodized.
Polishing
We have our own in-house polishers as well as 4 new FANUC robot polishers to ensure a consistent, smooth and bright finish. Polishing to attain pre-coating finish as well as mirror finish for our stainless steel line of products.
E- coating
Electrophoretic coating process is a cross between plating and painting. We have large tanks suitable for painting large or small parts (1500 x 600 x1000mm). Can be used in tandem with Powder Coating process.
Powder Coating
We have access to quality and accredited powder coat shops both in the US, Mexico and China. We use both locally sourced paint and international brand (Axalta/Akzo Nobel / DuPont etc.) as necessary.
